Thursday's professional program (May 25 from 4 p.m.) will be followed for the second time by a team rowing competition in wild Ostravice – PROCUREMENT REGATTA. Pack a swimsuit, water shoes and energy bars. We are now accepting applications! You can thus meet buyers from TOP companies and public institutions and compete with them on rafts. This is also what the eBF Procurement festival is about. Of course, there will be space for relaxed networking, barbecuing, exchange of experiences and a lot of fun between the furious paddling. And we will end the accompanying program with a concert.

The program of the eBF festival will once again be enriched by the exciting gala evening of the presentation of fair procurement and responsible public procurement awards - Fair Sourcing Awards. On Wednesday 24th May from 18:00, the best nominations from the field of procurement and public procurement will be transformed into the prestigious FSA awards. Be there! Hundreds of specialists from the PROCUREMENT BOARD propose their favorites in three categories: TREND, MASTER and GRAND PRIX. Nominations and applications are still open, so other innovative and inspiring projects in procurement can also participate. Terms such as electronicization, robotization, digitization and automation will be frequently mentioned during the awards ceremony, which reflect current developments and trends in the world of procurement and public procurement. The eBF programme is always a tough nut to crack, as it regards quite a few quality-consuming parameters. It takes quite a long time to develop because it requires a lot of consultation, the selection of the most relevant trends and issues, practical examples and case studies, and the cooperation and coordination of a multitude of curators, and speakers so that everything is in harmony with each other, and the themes are related, up-to-date, attractive, and everyone is able to choose from our tailor-made programme.
We believe that this year we managed to do it really well. A number of scenes with themed blocks and fine-tuned highly contemporary topics. Nothing is perfect, but this programme map really comes close.

We will dress this year's eBF procurement festival in the playful colors of the British artist Darrell! We like to have fun, we are cheerful and colorful, which is why we are happy that Darell's unique graphics will connect us with the world of purchasing.
Darell's Tonda has already become an unstoppable mascot, relentlessly running for his participation on all stages of the festival. Like the whole festival, it does not slow down, smiles and looking forward to seeing everyone. Already on Tuesday, May 23, we will all meet together, including Tonda and Darrell, at the opening of the TOGETHER exhibition. Are you also looking forward to this joint meeting?
When, one day in many years, archaeologists will discover and decipher the text on some future clay tablet they find on the banks of the Ostravice River, they will read that ZuzKa is awesome and eBF is marvelous!
This year's eBF was amazing, remarkable, highly professional and most of all friendly. What more could you ask for; the atmosphere and expertise came with the visitors. Thanks to all of you!!! Together, the largest meeting on digitalization of corporate and public procurement in Central Europe was created, where masters of the field shared their experience with the participants, together with important local and European providers of sw tools. Such a magnificent crowd has not met anywhere before.

Success has many fathers and failure is an orphan, this is one of the slogans that was heard at the Little eBF, the preparation of the festival program that took place in Bořetice :). The responsibility for the dramaturgy and preparation of the eBF was taken by the PROCUREMENT BOARD. This is a group of selected specialists in the field of corporate purchasing, which contributes to the growth of standards for the digitization of the industry through BOARD workshops and open cooperation projects. The programme reflects all current topics that resonate across the world of procurement.
We come across many interesting opportunities by chance. Often it is just a matter of seeing and hearing, meaning looking and listening. We digitized the tendering process - tenders and one of the forms of tender evaluation was eAuction. There were about five similarly specialized teams in both republics, and the main clients were companies. In 2005 we did the first evaluation of bids by auction for a smaller Slovak town. On the one hand a good result and on the other hand a new realisation that procurement in the public space is governed by the same principles. And since then we have started to pay more attention to "public".
The first version of the programme map is out. And it’s well, let’s say nutritious. It includes the latest trends, inspiring projects and pressing problems we can (and will) solve together. And of course… lots of fun. It's been made with care so everyone will find what they were looking for.
