Our Friday round tables will include guests telling their life stories as an inspiration for teams and team leaders. What is the proper way to build and lead a team? How can success be achieved? Viliam Dobiáš

Viliam Dobiáš is a Slovak doctor and university lecturer, originally an anaesthesiologist, and later a specialist in the field of emergency medicine. He is the bearer of the Slovak and Czech Golden Rescue Cross. At the same time, he works as Chief Medical Officer of Life Star Emergency.

The director of the Lower Vítkovice national cultural landmark will talk about ideas, people, architecture and how this unique Ostrava landmark has been preserved while still clearly demonstrating its industrial past, and about how everything came to life, transforming the industrial to the cultural.

The owner of the prestigious private contemporary art gallery CREARS will enlighten you on what skills you need to have when dealing with creatives every day, and when your husband is a sculptor (Igor Kitzberger), your father-in-law is an artistic blacksmith (Vašek Kitzberger), and your sons, aka the third generation of the family, have taken up art as well.

He’s a painter, draftsman, cartoonist, and photographer, but above all a friend who has changed and enhanced the face of this year's eBF. He will talk about the ability to express oneself in drawing and painting, and about the gift of Esperanto that drawing gives us. Give it a try and learn.

HOW SOCIAL NETWORKS ARE CHANGING EUROPE AND CLIMATE

Přemek Houda

He’s a historian, publicist, writer, translator and educator. He lectures at Charles University on the influence of new media and also on contemporary Czech and world history at the Faculty of Humanities and the Faculty of Arts. He’s the long-standing editor of the Saturday supplement Czech Position in the Lidove noviny newspaper. He’s the author of several books, and, along with his wife, translates literature.

A view of these two neighbouring countries from the windows of the house of a Czech-Polish marriage from our colleagues, Beata - bohemian, translator and former boss of the Polish team at PROEBIZ (now on maternity leave) and Marian - a Czech Pole from “Záolší”, Polonophile and head of the project team.
