As a long-time manager in the field of law, contractual relationships, public procurement, as well as a life and business coach, lecturer, and author of motivational articles, publications, and videos, I have connected the personal and professional worlds. I focus on educating leaders, the functionality of relationships, and as a mediator, also on conflict resolution. I use my lecturing activities during personal development courses focused on transforming life situations with an emphasis on ethics therapy, emotional intelligence, and creating one's own reality. Especially for women, I offer insights into topics related to achieving balance between work and personal life, the possibility of self-realization in a feminine way even in predominantly male environments. I deal with change as a part of life that we can utilize for our own transformation. I am a co-founder and CEO of "Space for Change".
