Zbyněk Miklík

Mr. Ing. Zbyněk Miklík is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Informatics at Mendel University in Brno. For over twenty years, he has been involved in consultancy and business activities in the area of electronic markets in public administration. Since 2020, he has served as the Deputy Governor of the Liberec Region for Economics, Public Procurement, and Information Technology. In the Liberec Region, he leverages his extensive experience in consultancy, including promoting innovative procurement procedures.
