Tibor Kolejak is the Executive Director of AWS Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is a successful C-Level professional with over 20 years of international experience in business development and consultative sales. Tibor has led teams and business functions across Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia, driving business and digital transformation for his customers. Previously, he was the General Manager of Microsoft Kazakhstan and a Board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Almaty. He also managed Enterprise Commercial Business for Microsoft in CIS countries. Known as a "fixer," Tibor has excelled in various roles from IT Helpdesk Manager to GM of Sales, demonstrating strengths in hiring, people management, and driving success. He is a recognized speaker at external events and PR engagements.
