A software developer in various industrial fields. Pavel actively contributes to building the Czech community around Rust, a programming language renowned for its emphasis on safety and reliability. He frequently presents and conducts workshops for programmers across the Czech Republic and Europe. In recent years, he has developed an interest in enhancing communication and negotiation between programmers and project stakeholders, serving as a negotiation trainer at Mastery Club. He draws negotiation inspiration from figures such as Jan Mexo Řehák, Gary Noesner, Phil Andrew, Adam Dolník, and Karel Pošíval.
