After nearly 20 years in the corporate environment, Martin shifted his focus to the small and medium-sized enterprise segment. Initially, he worked as a consultant in product development, marketing, and sales, primarily focusing on the food industry. Later, he narrowed his scope to "company impact," where sustainability is perceived as a business strategy from the outset. After 3 years, his efforts led to the founding of Impact Metrics. The company develops and integrates digital solutions to make sustainability a comprehensible and accessible part of every business.
