Luboš is an energetic leader, tireless innovator and sustainability expert. He lives by the approach “from inspiration to transformation,” which he applies in four main areas - innovation, sustainability, digitalization and systemic capability building. Currently leading the Red Button EDU eco-system, he inspires, consults, designs and supports owners, top managers and key changemakers in delivering strategic projects. He has tried various roles in top companies from process engineering in supply chain, through management positions up to global transformation projects. As the Innovations in Operations Director at the LEGO Group he had been focusing on how exponential technologies will make toys of the future. Last but not least, he co-founded the Red Button network whose purpose is to make the society better through cultivation of the environment in Czech and Slovak companies.
