Among our dear guests from neighboring Poland this year will also be the legal and political expert Krzysztof, who specializes in the relationship between public administration and citizens. He is interested in access to public information or the influence of technology on the functioning of democracy. He is a member of the OECD network for innovative civic participation, works at the Stefan Batory Foundation, and writes articles on freedom of information, public administration, corruption, or the use of algorithms in government-citizen relations in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, and Poland. In 2020, Gazeta Prawna included him in the list of the 50 most influential Polish lawyers.
