For her managerial and innovative activities, she has been included in the TOP 25 Women of the Czech Republic ranking, published by the media company Economia, and Forbes magazine has repeatedly placed her in the list of the most influential Czech women. In 2022, she was awarded Manager of the Year, and in 2023, she won the award for the most successful women according to CEO magazine in the "Consulting" category. Currently, she is a partner at Behind Inventions and a former managing partner at Deloitte Czech Republic, where she also served as Chief Strategic Officer for Deloitte Europe concurrently. She also dedicates significantly to activities supporting the state. She is the creator of the CzechSetGo! conference focusing on state digitization. Thanks to this and her experience, she has become a member of the Digital Team of the Czech Republic, the advisory team of the Deputy Prime Minister for Digitalization, and the team of the Minister of Health.
