One of the segments is "Law and Public Procurement", which already has clearly defined themes that are extremely topical and affect every institution and its buyers. Honza Zahálka will oversee the curation and preparation of the stage. The challenge is to provide practical information on how to proceed when acquiring new software or IT contracts, such as what the contract should contain and its relationship to the tender documentation and IPR, and how to effectively deal with copyright and the purchase of licenses.
