He has over 25 years of experience in various areas including corporate process outsourcing, document generation management systems, consulting services, project management, and RPA across three continents. Zdeněk has led a growing consulting team at NEOOPS to become one of the most experienced teams in Europe, having completed over 150 RPA projects to date and has automated hundreds of client processes.
