Vanda is the Head of Group Downstream Procurement at MOL Group. She has been working in procurement for 18 years, beginning her career as a buyer and progressing through various positions, including lead buyer, category manager and Procurement Excellence manager. In her leadership role, she always prioritizes people, focusing on the individual development of employees as well as the growth of the team as a whole. Her motto is that with a good team, any goal can be achieved.
