With over 20 years of professional experience—7 of them in supply chain (Philips Lighting Poland, Kompania Piwowarska) and 13 in procurement—he brings a strong track record in both operational and strategic roles. He began his procurement career at Kompania Piwowarska, where he focused on fleet and logistics, later transitioning to a regional role covering vehicle categories across Asahi’s European businesses. His main focus is category management and strategic sourcing, based on a harmonized, cross-market approach developed in recent years. He consistently seeks optimization through close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Privately, he is passionate about the categories he manages. He lives in Poznań, Poland, with his wife and three sons.
