With over 12 years’ experience in purchasing, Mikołaj’s main business target is the constant development and improvement of people and processes. He is focused on cost reduction and increasing efficiency by implementing modern management, purchasing and value engineering projects in the integrated supply chain. Throughout most of his professional career he was working in FMCG production companies and in 2013 joined the brewery business. Currently he is working as a Category Managerat Asahi Breweries Europe and is responsible for the development and execution of purchasing strategy for the MRO category.
