Martina brings her experience from over ten years in different procurement, finance, and IT project positions, with strong base in the field of digitization and change management. When working at SAP Ariba her focus was to ensure the efficiency of key customers automated processes within SAP Ariba solutions with their business partners. Her responsibility as e-Invoicing Manager at Novartis was to design and manage supplier onboarding to SAP Ariba and fulfill the requirements for the efficient and compliant electronic data and documents exchange in 34 countries (solution configuration, purchasing, invoicing). Currently Martina applies her experience as LDC Solution Design Manager Workstream Lead for Direct Procurement at Novartis designing the new streamlined processes to procurement area and deploying new SAP interconnected solutions: SAP Product Sourcing, Contracting, S4HANA, SAP Business Network and Supply Chain Collaboration.
