Martin Hadaš

Martin holds a law degree from Charles University in Prague and a postgraduate LLM in Corporate Law from Masaryk University in Brno in cooperation with Nottingham Trent University. He has been involved with public procurement for more than ten years, beginning in 2005 when he became Head of the Procurement Department at RAVEN Consulting (today Erste Grantika Advisory). In 2009, he became Manager of the Department of Project Implementation at the same company. In 2011 he joined Masaryk University as Head of the Public Procurement Department. Currently, he and his colleagues carry out central purchasing for the university using dynamic purchasing systems and framework contracts. He also manages public procurement co-financed from EU operational programmes, coordinates the use of digital solutions for public procurement, provides methodological support to university administration centres and monitors the awarding of public tenders. He also occasionally lectures.
