Marcin has more than twenty years of procurement experience. Most of it (17 years) Marcin spent in Philips Lighting/then Signify enjoying various procurement positions: initial buyer, global strategic buyer, procurement engineering manager. Since January 2020 Marcin takes care of procurement in Thule Poland. Efficient supply chain is one of key success factors for Thule in delivering smart, stylish products that are environmentally sound, high quality, safe, and easy to use. Marcin wants to work closely with suppliers, contribute to strategy development for main categories and develop competences of his team.
