He has led purchasing projects aimed primarily at improving efficiency in procurement by implementing advanced and innovative process and organizational solutions. He has advised on dozens of negotiation processes supported by the Harvard methodology, which resulted in over 500 million in annual savings. He has been involved in procurement since the beginning of his professional career. He started his career with Accenture, co-creating an innovative B2B trading portal. He spent over a year in China running his own business and learning the intricacies of negotiations with representatives from China. He returned to consulting, first with Accenture, and then spent over 5 years with A.T. Kearney, a leading global consulting firm, primarily in the procurement area. As a trainer/coach, he collaborates with BIG FISH and the Logistics Department of Warsaw School of Economics.
