Kateřina Bíba

In the field of sustainability in procurement, Kateřina focuses primarily on packaging management, carbon footprint, human rights protection, ethical business practices, and securing raw materials for production. As the Regional Sustainability Procurement Lead at Asahi CE, she has been involved since last year in integrating sustainability principles into central procurement. Previously, Kateřina spent seven years in the field of sustainability consulting – first at Arcadis, focusing on sustainable construction, and later at Deloitte, where she specialized in corporate strategy development, carbon footprint calculations, and decarbonization strategies for the Czech and Slovak markets.
