For the team of the HAVEL & PARTNERS company, which is the largest law firm in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Josef will also participate in the eBF – he is the head of the working group for the public sector, focusing primarily on public procurement law, PPP projects, construction law, state aid, environmental law, and greenfield investments. In his practice, he has advised clients on the construction of airports, highways, railways, shopping centers, and factories, including projects according to international FIDIC standards. He has also published numerous articles in Czech and international legal periodicals and is involved in the work of professional associations, notably the Association for Infrastructure Development (ARI).
