Jaroslav Lexa is an eternal optimist who has never lost faith in the fact that it is possible to shop in Slovakia in a funny, interesting and at the same time economical and in accordance with the law. He writes contracts, objections, articles, books and has blogged in the past. As a public procurement trainer, he can explain to people where common sense is found in the law. He is a recognised expert in public procurement, promoting the application of innovative practices in this area, including social and environmental aspects. He is also a co-founder of the Slovak APUeN. After 6.5 years at the Office for Public Procurement as Director of Methodology and Deputy Chairman of the Office for Public Procurement, he returned a few days ago to the team of buyers and trainers at APUEN AKADÉMIA s.r.o.
