One of the founders of the Slovak APUeN, he’s an incorrigible optimist who believes the in the Slovak Republic procurement can be clever and interesting, while also economical and within the law. He proved this, along with his team, as director of the department of public procurement at the Slovak Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family, where he saved more than €5 million a year. He writes contracts, objections, articles and books, and used to also write blogs. As a trainer in the field of public procurement in Slovakia, he is able to explain to people where common sense can be found in the law.
