Jana Vričanová

Since completing her university studies, she has dedicated her entire professional career to the field of HR, including over 19 years in leadership roles. Since 2021, she has been part of Notino, where she currently holds the position of HR (Human Relations) Director. Together with her 130-member team, she oversees comprehensive HR activities across 9 European countries. Her main mission is to create an environment where people can grow alongside the dynamic pace of one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in Europe.
