He’s a legal expert specialising in healthcare, mainly in the area of payments and issues surrounding healthcare funding. He is active in the field of public procurement and its e-enabling and the use of eAuctions in the process of evaluating suppliers’ bids. He also deals with legal issues and in the context of providing advice to legislators he has managed to design and enforce a "small user amendment" to the law on public procurement.
