Jan Najvárek

Jan Najvárek is the co-founder of the technology group ARTIN, which he established in 1998 together with Tomáš Ondráček. For more than 25 years, he has operated at the intersection of IT, business, and innovation, collaborating with major corporations and technology leaders. He graduated in Automation from VUT in Brno and earned a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and neural networks. He has worked as an external consultant for multinational companies, including T-Mobile and Hewlett-Packard, contributing to the delivery of large-scale software solutions. He also gained international experience as a senior developer for the Canadian insurance company Manulife. He is also a co-founder of technology spin-offs focused on autonomous driving and AI (e.g., Roboauto, Aiviro, Coworkers.ai), transferring research into real-world applications.
