Jan Mexo Řehák

Jan Mexo Řehák works as a negotiator, mediator, and a negotiation instructor at Negotico. He has been involved in busines-crisis negotiations for 18 years, and in behavioural science for 21 years. He is the author of The Negotiation Canvas and the MCM communication model. He teaches negotiation at Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) and PHG, formerly also at UCL in London. He is the founder of NegotiCON, which is becoming one of the most renowned negotiation conferences in the world. He belongs to the expert judges of The Negotiation Challenge and ALSINC negotiation competitions. He led over 3 000 various negotiations. More than 4 000 people have attended his 270+ different events. His interests include photography, Argentine tango, and Latin American dances. Currently he’s working on a book connecting all of these disciplines together that will be called “Negotiation Tango”.
