Jan Mexo Řehák has been involved in business crisis negotiation for 17 years, and in behavioral sciences for 20 years; he is the author of the MCM communication model. He works as a negotiator, mediator, and conflict manager at Negoticu. He teaches negotiation at the University of Economics (VŠE) and PHG, and previously at UCL in London. He is the founder of the NegotiCON concept. Drawing from behavioral sciences, he spent 15 years learning negotiation in business practice. He obtained his mediator education at IMI Campus and serves as an expert judge in negotiation competitions. His courses have been attended by over 3,900 people, he has led over 3,000 different negotiations, and organized over 250 educational events, including NegotiCON, which has become one of the most renowned negotiation conferences in the world. His interests include photography, Argentine tango, and Latin American dances. He is working on a book that combines his two main disciplines, titled "Negotiation Tango."
