Jan Janek is a partner at Kerkhoff Consulting GmbH. In the past, he was, among other roles, a director in the advisory department at Deloitte Austria. He has more than 15 years of professional experience with transformation projects in procurement and governance. He is involved in process design and management of the P2P stream in an S/4 HANA and Ariba implementation project, developing a digital P2P governance strategy for a shared service center in the EU, implementing a centralized S2P solution across countries in the largest banking group in Central and Eastern Europe, and implementing a group-wide category management governance model in the largest banking group in Central and Eastern Europe.
