Human Experience Designer, creates and designs services and systems that maximise their effectivity and provide the best possible experience for everyone involved. Currently, Hana is exploring the use of this discipline in negotiation - aka Negotiation Design. She sets and leads the design direction of Negotico, including designing processes, courses and the whole experience of negotiation training for Mastery Club members. She studied design at Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute in Florence (Italy), then in London (UK). For over 12 years lectures Design and other business modules at University College London (UK) and IT & Entrepreneurship at Prague University of Economics and Business.
