Eva Pavlíková

She has more than 20 years of experience in IT management, consulting, and digital transformation. She co-founded two non-profit organizations – Česko.Digital and Byro – focused on developing the state’s digital capabilities, supporting leaders, and driving cultural transformation within organizations. Since 2025, she has served as Director General of the IT, Analytics and Public Investment Section at the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic, where she leads strategic digital transformation projects with investments exceeding CZK 1 billion. She studied IT and Management at the Czech Technical University in Prague and is currently studying Hussite Theology at Charles University.
