Erika Rusnáková

A lawyer with extensive experience in public procurement and the implementation of projects funded by EU funds. She currently serves as the Director General of the Legal and Public Procurement Section at the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic. She has experience in coordinating and managing public procurement at both national and central levels, providing methodological guidance, and conducting legal analyses in the fields of public procurement and state aid. Previously, she worked at the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family in various legal and support units, where she coordinated the implementation of projects funded by the ESI Funds, prepared legal opinions, and analyzed EU legislation.
