Dominik Žlebek

Dominik Žlebek graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, earning the title Ing. During his studies, he worked at the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic as a project manager for public contracts in research and innovation. His experience inspired his thesis on “New Trends in Competition Policy,” which resulted in a methodological guide and a published article. After graduation, he worked in public procurement at the municipal company Technologie hlavního města Prahy. Currently, he is a private-sector consultant and focuses on education and the development of Tenderixe, the first AI in public procurement, through the “Veřejné zakázky 24” platform.
