David Klíma

David is currently completing studies at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. Since 2019, he has been working as a consultant-lawyer at Contract management, a.s., providing consultancy services in the construction industry in the areas of FIDIC contract templates, budgets, public procurement administration, TDS, and OHS. He primarily focuses on public procurement for construction works in the implementation phase, including FIDIC contract templates. After participating in several linear construction projects, he is currently working in construction management teams overseeing the execution of large civil engineering projects. In the future, he is planning to collaborate with colleagues on the development of DAAB among public procurers in the Czech Republic and further deepening the FIDIC practice among both procurers and suppliers.
