As the operational director of Principal engineering s.r.o., he ensures the overall functioning of the company and its subsidiaries. Additionally, he is also hired as an interim manager in the procurement department of various companies (GasNet, Korado, NRB, Trinity Bank), where he assists with procurement optimization, contract auditing, negotiation of terms, and development of procurement strategies, as well as with licensing audits for major software companies. He can leverage over 15 years of experience in procurement for large international companies, primarily in banking, and combine his knowledge of the IT environment from both the supplier's and the client's perspectives to benefit the client.
