Lawyer specialising in public sector law, in particular public procurement. She works at Havel & Partners, a company named Public Procurement Law Firm of the Year for the fourth time last year and which has the largest public sector team in the Czech Republic (25 lawyers). In addition to advocacy, Adéla Havlová is active in the leadership of professional associations (Association for Public Procurement and Union of Administrators - UNIAVEZ) and is a member of the expert group of the Ministry of Regional Development for legislation on public procurement for the Association for Infrastructure Development and a member of the expert team of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs on responsible procurement, within which she is engaged in the development of best practice and innovation in public procurement, including issues of computerization, procurement practices, responsible procurement, quality assessment, etc. Since 2014, she has been a member of the Competition Protection Authority's Appeals Committee. She works with know-how from other EU member states, especially Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and, of course, Slovakia. She regularly lectures and publishes in professional periodicals.
