Branislav Hudec

He works at the Office for Public Procurement as the General Director of the Methodology and Education Section. He has 18 years of experience in public procurement, including experience at the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development, and Informatization of the Slovak Republic, where he served as the Director of the Public Procurement Department. He also worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic (control of EU fund contracts) and in the private sector (preparation of bids and application of review procedures for bidders). He is the author of manuals for recipients on the process and control of public procurement financed by EU funds. He studied law at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University v Bratislava. In addition to his practical application, he is also involved in teaching and publishing activities.
