Kateřina Bohuslavová

Member of the Executive Committee, Business Leaders Forum Kateřina helps organizations build strategic resilience and adaptability in an environment marked by hybrid threats, geopolitical tensions, and rapid technological change. She focuses on managing supply chain disruptions, decision-making uncertainty, and strategic internal and external communication. She studied applied linguistics at the University of Oxford and security and crisis management at CEVRO University. She served as Chief Sustainability Officer of the ČEZ Group, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Leaders Forum, and a League of Intrapreneurs Fellow. She supports women’s leadership and mentors in the Lean In and Courage Journey programs.
