Eva Pavlíková

She has over 20 years of experience in IT management, consulting, and digital transformation. She co-founded two non-profit organizations—Česko.Digital and Byro—focused on developing the government’s digital capabilities, supporting leaders, and fostering cultural transformation within organizations. Former Director of the IT, Analysis, and Public Investment Section at the Ministry of Regional Development, where she manages strategic digital transformation projects with investments exceeding CZK 1 billion. She studied IT and management at the Czech Technical University in Prague and is currently studying Hussite theology at Charles University.
