This year's festival brought many new features, and if we were to choose the king of new additions, it would undoubtedly be the festival town Hawaii. From Tuesday evening, this work and networking environment transformed into a unique scene filled with a friendly atmosphere. We witnessed many heartfelt meetings, hugs, smiles, and laughter. As Zuzana Kawuloková said, "The procurement community has gathered in Ostrava once again after a year." And we just add that everyone was looking forward to seeing each other :)

We are starting the retrospective series of the eBF festival unconventionally with the program of the last day, that is, Friday. This year, the 'round tables' were replaced by a presentation from a single speaker, nuclear and quantum physicist Jan Rak, who worked for many years at CERN, where he worked on the largest particle accelerator.

The colleagues from the eBF procurement community have formed a spontaneous band called AI BAND and promised to make the festival dance! Look forward to energetic rhythms from Zdeněk Mikeš on drums and powerful bass lines from Jan Hirsch, former frontman of a metal band. Honza Zahálka and Jiří Šimon will shine on guitars. The talented Martina Balounová will enchant us on the violin, while Mikaela (Míša Slívová) will brighten up the evening with her dazzling singing, supported by her great friend Lili Kučerová. Get ready for an unforgettable musical experience that will surely get you out of your seats! You must be there at Ostravice Club on June 12th from 10:00 PM.

The first item on Wednesday's program at the START-UP stage will feature André Dravecký from Ringil. We will demonstrate how new technologies and a smart idea gave rise to a Czech software platform that is transforming the logistics processes of manufacturing and distribution companies.

How to Become Masters in Risk Detection Based on Data will be explained by Jiří Skuhrovec (Datlab s.r.o.). Jiří focuses on tenders across Europe and develops tools that significantly simplify the lives of procurement professionals. On Thursday's "Digital Revolution" stage, we will meet Jiří in the first session, where we will discuss how to maximize procurement opportunities and how to use the "Risk Scoring" tool, which highlights potential risks and issues in public tenders.

This time in the eBF studio, we had the opportunity to talk with Jiří Špalek (PROEBIZ). This year, the main stage "TOP PROCUREMENT LEADERS" will be under the auspices of our company, PROEBIZ, on both main festival days. What else can we reveal? Jirka is currently working hard to prepare for his role as a moderator, and we can't wait for you to see it! Come and see for yourself how well he and Ivana Ondruchová make a great team.

Those who visit the ESG/SUSTAINABILITY stage on Tuesday, June 12, will meet Marie Machálková and Nikola Mičulková from Thein Digital. These ladies, as dramaturges, will guide us through the second program block titled "ESG Data & Reporting." Within this block, we will approach ESG from a slightly different angle and delve into topics such as data credibility and accuracy, data analysis within ESG, reporting, and auditors' approach to this issue.

The range and list of our amazing partners for the 20th annual eBF procurement festival is full of interesting names this year. Those who enjoy historical facts might remember that the ESG framework was first introduced by former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan in 2004. However, Lukáš Gábor (ACTUM Digital) and Michaela Kloudová (INCIEN) will tell us much more about this topic during their introduction on Wednesday, June 12th, on the ESG/SUSTAINABILITY stage.
