Nikola has been focusing on negotiation and understanding how people react in conflict situations since 2020. She completed a semester of negotiation studies at Harvard Law School as part of the Program on Negotiation and further expanded her education through training with HERMIONE Crisis & Rescue Negotiators and by completing advanced training courses at Vyjednávame.cz under the guidance of Adam Dolník and Helena Sováková.
As an instructor, she created a special negotiation course focused on women.
Her experience in an international environment plays a significant role in her work. For fifteen years, she worked as a ski instructor in Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland, where she spent a long time working with both adults and teenagers. It was precisely her work with teenagers in challenging and emotionally charged situations that significantly shaped her approach to communication, setting boundaries, and conflict resolution. Her professional journey also included a year spent on a cultural scholarship in Indonesia, which expanded her experience with cross-cultural communication and negotiation.
