Milan Babica

Milan Babica has been a professional in the field of public procurement for more than 10 years. In 2012, he was involved in establishing the central procurement function at Czech Railways, which he continues to develop. Since 2023, he has served as Director of Central Procurement. Prior to that, he was responsible for expanding the central procurement function, strengthening the team, completing the digitalization of procurement processes, and further developing category management. In addition to these activities, he is entrusted with managing group-wide procurement for the ČD Group. He also ensured procurement for the ČD Bus division, where he serves as a member of the Supervisory Board.
