Ľubomír Kubička

Lubomír graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. After ten years in commercial and civil law, he moved into the dramatic environment of public procurement and deals with public procurement. He is currently the Director of the Public Procurement Department of the Economics Section at the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic. In his spare time, he puts up a fight against the nonsense around us.
