Marek Zelenka

Marek is a lawyer collaborating with Datlab, where he focuses on public procurement analytics and the development of new functionalities. He has long been engaged in developing systemic recommendations for public administration, particularly in the areas of transparent procurement, conflict of interest, and building more trustworthy and corruption-resilient local governance. Until 2022, he was also one of five guarantors of the Rekonstrukce státu project. He has served as a member of the Government Council for the Coordination of the Fight against Corruption and is a member of an expert group of the Ministry of Regional Development on the Public Procurement Act. Between 2023 and 2025, he acted as an external advisor to the Ministry of Regional Development on the National Public Procurement Strategy, where he was responsible for the chapter on Legal Certainty in Public Procurement. He studied at universities in Prague, Passau, and Budapest.
