Ľubomír Kubička

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava. After ten years in the field of commercial and civil law, he transitioned into the dynamic environment of public procurement. Through his work in governmental institutions as well as in private consulting firms, he has gained extensive knowledge of public procurement from the proud perspectives of major contracting authorities to the humble viewpoints of the smallest ones. Currently, he serves as the Director of Methodology and Regional Centers at the Public Procurement Office in Bratislava.
