Since 2015, she has served as Head of the Public Procurement Department at the Municipal District Authority of Ostrava-Jih, where she has long focused on transparent, efficient, and high-quality public procurement. As she says herself, she prefers to present the results of her work rather than herself. Under her leadership, the municipal district received the Neplejtvák Award in 2018 as part of the ZINDEX project, achieving 1st place in the category of municipal districts of statutory cities. Even as a smaller contracting authority, she actively applies modern procurement tools and approaches, including electronic auctions, two-envelope tender evaluation, quality-based evaluation with fixed pricing, and dynamic purchasing systems. In the past year, she also contributed to the successful detection of an illegal agreement between bidders (bid rigging), helping to strengthen fairness and transparency in public procurement.
