Juraj Šefčík

Juraj works at ČEPS as Head of Department providing legal support for public procurement and purchasing processes. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Association for Public Procurement and of a special commission of the Public Procurement Office. He has been active in the field of public procurement for more than 15 years. In addition, he focuses on intellectual property law, IT law, and legal aspects of cybersecurity. His personal interest also includes sports law. He has lectured at events organized by the Office for the Protection of Competition, the Association for Public Procurement, the Union of Corporate Lawyers, and at Charles University. He has published in professional journals such as Právní rozhledy, Veřejné zakázky, Veřejné zakázky v praxi, and 343ka (a journal published by the Public Procurement Office).
