Since entering the field of international procurement and logistics in 1994, Jan has developed deep expertise in the industry and feels completely at home in it. He has led procurement teams at companies such as Unipetrol, KUKA, and BLANCO, and currently works as a Commodity / Category Manager for Siemens Energy. In addition to his core role, he is involved in projects focused on process management, process mapping and analysis, and process improvement. He also works as a trainer, translator, and educator in the field of personal development. Outside of his professional activities, he has enjoyed baseball since childhood and is passionate about discovering and connecting cultures. In his free time, he enjoys creative pursuits in music and graphic design and loves immersing himself in the pages of a good book.
