Ivo has long operated at the intersection of technology, business, and international markets. As CEO, he led the startup Vykupto, which grew to revenues exceeding CZK 300 million and achieved a successful exit. He later headed sales at BIQ Group during a period when the company expanded from 80 to more than 600 employees and approached billion crown revenues. Nowadays, he is the CEO and Managing Director of the family company ZELENKA, which he runs together with his wife and father in law. The company ranks among the Top 100 language service providers worldwide, has delivered services in more than 60 countries, and helps businesses communicate across markets, languages, and cultures.
