A manager with more than 20 years of experience in the international automotive industry, operating at the intersection of procurement, risk management, sustainability, and strategic supplier relationship management. She began her career in metal procurement and risk management and gradually expanded her expertise into capacity and shortage management, sustainability, compliance, cost analysis, process and systems management, aftersales, and product safety. Between 2021 and 2023, she also served as a member of the Supervisory Board. Currently, she focuses on global supplier sustainability and risk management, bidding cartels, contract management, and innovation management. In her work, she combines a strategic perspective with deep expertise in supply chains and international business. She has received several prestigious awards for her work, including Handelsblatt Top 30 Future CEOs (2023), Top 40 under 40 (2024), and Automobile Week Top 25 Women (2025).
