She has more than 20 years of experience leading major transformations, from acquisition integration and cost optimization to setting up end to end processes across organizations such as T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom. In both procurement and finance, she focuses on shifting from a transactional role to true business partnership, with a strong emphasis on data, transparency, and measurable business value. She was involved in establishing an RPA hub and has long promoted automation, process simplification, and data driven decision making. She believes in an open environment, diversity of perspectives, and constructive challenge as key drivers of innovation that elevate both finance and procurement to a strategic level.
