Beáta Vlčková

She has dedicated her entire professional career—nearly 30 years—to procurement at Slovenské elektrárne. Throughout her tenure, she has held a range of roles, including managing international supplier deliveries, contributing to procurement centralization projects, and developing process documentation and standardization. She has long focused on the digitalization of procurement processes. Together with her team, she introduced procurement planning and reporting processes, as well as supplier qualification and evaluation systems. Since 2010, she has served as Head of Procurement Support, later expanding her responsibilities to include the procurement of general services.
